Escala NewQuay is the newest landmark building from Docklands pioneers MAB Corporation. The upper floors of this exciting new development features innovative lofts with double height exposed concrete ceilings. Through consultation with head contractor L.U. Simon Builders Pty Ltd , DCTech was able to provide one of our specialist external insulation systems for the flat concrete rooftop.
DCTech worked with L.U. Simon to deliver material in stages to meet the tight project timelines, ensuring the XPS foam, ProctorGeo IRMA membrane and final stone ballast layers were installed without issue to meet the exacting standards of this landmark project.
