Product Description
ProctorWrap™ HTR is a UV stabilised tear resistant heavy weight 3-ply spun bonded polyolefin membrane with reinforcement scrim for use in commercial and residential roofing applications. Enviroseal ProctorWrap HTR offers a combination of durability and high water holdout without compromising vapour permeability to help protect the building fabric and insulation from condensation and related problems such as mould, timber rot, corrosion and loss of thermal resistance.

ProctorWrap HTR is suitable underneath metal sheet, cement, terracotta and slate tiled roofs. ProctorWrap HTR is a non-reflective vapour permeable product that does not provide a reflective R-Value. It can significantly reduce risk of condensation in the roof space when a drained / vented cavity is provided adjacent to the membrane’s outer surface, so no direct contact is made with the outer cladding profile. This product is suitable for use in BAL regions 12.5 to 40 in accordance with AS 3959 when combined with compliant metal ember guard mesh at ridges, valleys and gutter to provide needed drainage and venting cavity pathways.
