Our Nvelope NV1 system was used to face fix the Rieder öko skin, glass reinforced concrete (GRC) cladding panels to the cast concrete building substrate. Our engineered VB “helping hand” brackets sped up installation time and their adjustability managed the construction tolerances typically experienced on site.
About the project
The second of three commercial towers that will form Melbourne Quarter, Two Melbourne Quarter is a 49,000sqm prime grade office tower. The building is market leading in its design, consisting of highly efficient side core floor plates and built to a 6 star Green Star Design.
The Melbourne Quarter commercial precinct is located directly opposite Southern Cross Train Station, has a Collins Street tram stop at its front door and sits above Wurundjeri Way, providing direct car access in and out of the city.
