Vented Batten VB20 Wall

The ProctorVent VB20 is a Polypropylene Ventilated Batten designed to create a 20mm cavity for ventilation and drainage in the wall cavity, reducing the risk of moisture build up and condensation.
The VB20 is designed with 4mm evenly spaced openings specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough to prevent capillary action.
The VB20 is easy to install and come with an adhesive underside for ease of temporary fixings to metal or timber framing or battens. The VB20 can also be used on walls to create vertical or horizontal ventilation flows.
Due to the design of the VB20 it can be easily reduced to create a 15mm or 10mm cavity batten. For every 5mm reduced the airflow rate will reduce by 4,000mm² per linear metre. The VB20 should be used in conjunction with other specified ProctorVent products to create a calculated, continuous and unimpeded airflow system.
